COVID-19 Preventative Measures
Here is what we are doing at BOUNCE to make sure your family is safe when they come to play.
Due to state mandated limitations facilities such as BOUNCE are currently limited to 50% capacity. At this point we are limiting capacity beyond those mandated limitations to 25% capacity or 30 children per play session.
Bounce will be conducting daily health screenings for all staff and we will be conducting verbal health screenings at the door of guests prior to entry of the facility. At the same time all guests in group will be asked to use our hand sanitizer station as they enter the facility.
When you purchase admission (either in advance or as a walk-in) you are purchasing access to the facility during a 90 minute window. You may choose to join us for the entire play session or any portion of the session. Between play sessions we will be closing the bounce room to spray sanitized the inflatables and soft play with a hospital grade disinfectant, fungicide and virucide especially formulated for the cleanup of surfaces contaminated with body fluids that have the potential for transmission of a wide spectrum of infectious diseases. Click here for sanitizer spec sheet. During that time we will also hand sanitize the toddler area, bathrooms and other surfaces throughout the facility.
During the time we are sanitizing the bounce room we will run our two “whole-house fans” that are installed in the ceiling of the bounce room to evacuate the air from the facility pulling in fresh air from the outside.
Hand sanitizing stations will be in place throughout the facility. All customers will be asked to use hand sanitizer in the check in area and we will be asking that customers use our large hand washing sink throughout their visit. Seating for guests have been repositioned to have 2 chairs next to each other but pairs of chairs are separated from each other. We are asking guests to keep their group’s belongings at the chairs that the claim during their visit. Chairs will be sanitized during our mid-day closures.
We ask that you do not visit BOUNCE if you have had cold or flu symptoms, a fever, been diagnosed or come in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks. In accordance with the governor’s directive we require adults to wear face masks while in the facility.
