Yes No Clarification of Policies*Cakes are welcome for pictures but if you would like to serve the cake to guests we charge a $25 cake cleaning fee. Please note you do NOT have access to the room before the party start time. No outside food and drink allowed unless paying $50 outside food fee. Party packages include 12 children (i.e. party child and 11 guests and/or siblings). Additional guests incur charge of $20 each. Participants must wear socks at all times. Our equipment is for the use of children 12 and under, adults are not allowed on the equipment except for Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 12 pm. Unless customer indicates they do not want their room assignment changed, BOUNCE reserves the right to adjust room assignments, based on other bookings. Parties may not be reschedule due to weather (BOUNCE does have generators). Deposit is nonrefundable once it has been made. Please indicate any changes (cupcakes, theme, etc) 5 days prior to party. Any additional decorations that are being provided by guest must be received by facility 3 days before the party (tableware paper products and no more than one wall decoration). I hereby agree to pay the package price, as well as any additional add ons indicated above. I acknowledge that the remaining balance is due in full on the day of the party.
